Joe Kondas
Joe is a graduate of Ithaca College. Since graduating and entering into his professional life over 10 years ago, he credits his success to his dedication for delivering his clients results. As the Managing Partner he is very proud of what his team at em2 has been able to accomplish for their clients. Joe has been an accomplished athlete in both high school and college. He and his wife have three children and enjoy family time and activities.
